Excellent location with some beautiful beaches nearby. Bottle of wine and chocolates were a nice touch. The cottage was comfortable and well furnished. Large, comfortable beds. Sue from North Yorkshire (07 July 2017)
Very comfortable and pleasant accommodation. Good central base to explore north norfolk. Owners very helpful. Would highly recommend. David from Northamptonshire (30 June 2017)
Spotlessly clean - would have been nice to have a washing machine in the barn rather than sharing one with the other barns. wonderful quiet location. Customer 3 (09 June 2017)
A wonderful holiday property in a very calm and relaxing location. it was extremely clean and comfortable, and well equipped with all that you need. the property is neighbouring with a few others, but it was still private and quiet. could have easily have stayed another week. there was a sense that the owners are nearby but were not intrusive. north norfolk is a great place, with some lovely walks and scenery. Muir (14 April 2017)
We had a lovely weekend break at fox's den. The accommodation is of a very high standard and spotlessly clean. The location is incredibly peaceful and great for a relaxing break. Anne was also very kind to post my dressing gown back to me which I left behind. I would definitely recommend a stay at fox's den. Kathleen from Essex (27 March 2017)
Absolutely loved every minute of our stay, it went too fast! the cottage is very well equipped, spotlessly clean and cosy. Beds were so comfortable with crisp white bedding. the shower is fantastic . will definitely stay again. We gave a low score for local amenities because the nearest town is at least a 10 minute drive but we were well aware of this and it was one of the reasons we chose manor farm barns, the location was stunning and peaceful. Bottle of red and chocolates were a nice touch on arrival :) Cheryl from London (17 March 2017)
Lovely quiet location with very comfortable accommodation. A home from home! Liz from North Bucks (14 October 2016)

Enjoyed our holiday in lovely surroundings with somewhere very pleasant to return to in the evening. Gillian from Crawley (23 September 2016)
A very enjoyable, but regrettably too short, visit to norfolk. fox's den is a lovely conversion and is kept immaculately. thoroughly recommended but do bear in mind that all amenities are a drive away (on mostly very quiet but narrow roads). Nicholas from Tonbridge (08 August 2016)
Lovely location of the cottage is so tranquil and lovely to just open the door and walk in fields. the area around is also very interesting, nice beaches and bacton woods nearby to stroll around. Susan from St Albans (05 August 2016)
Nicely finished barn with warm and pleasant accommodation. The owners are helpful. The location is really out in the middle of nowhere, fields all around but only a 10 minute drive to the town of north walsham with its supermarkets and take-aways/restaurants. A great place to relax and use as a base for enjoying norfolk. Kev from Rotherham (22 April 2016)

We all had a brilliant time at fox's den; lovely location, first class accommodation, friendly and helpful owners and a lovely welcome pack too! Julie from Leicestershire (09 October 2015)
The wifi was problematic during our stay. However the owner did her best to make things right and gave us a bottle of wine as a goodwill gesture. Overall a very comfortable cottage which was clean, well appointed, and in a good location. Ewan from Burnham (02 October 2015)
Lovely place to stay. Very clean, & modern. Extremely quiet. . we all felt comfortable there for the week. Care package supplied on arrival was an added bonus. . friendly owners that live on site, handy too if anything needs sorting in accommodation or advise on local shops etc. Karen from Letchworth (28 August 2015)

We were away with friends and the accommodation was well laid out for two couples.extremely good holiday. stirling and ann were very friendly hosts and also gave you privacy after a warm welcome. Lovely area for walking, long or short depending on what you want. Couple of miles to good dog friendly pubs with very excellent selection of meals. Sheila from Harlow, Essex (22 May 2015)
An excellent cottage in immaculate condition which is well located to take advantage of the many attractions this part of the country has to offer. The owners were friendly and helpful. We particularly liked the private enclosed yard at the back and the extensive field at the side of the property which as dog owners we were able to use every day. There are also some interesting walks we were able to take directly from the front door. A great experience which we are happy to thoroughly recommend. Eddy from Glastonbury (15 May 2015)
Lovely quiet rural location. The barns are very well furnished and immaculately clean. The owners were both friendly and helpful. Fully recommended. Sally from Wisbech (10 April 2015)
Fox's den was a lovley, modern barn conversion in open countryside down a country lane with beautiful views. the owners were very friendly and welcoming. it is in a good location near the sea, north and east, and near to country houses and estates too. north walsham with it's supermarkets is about 15 minutes away and the barn was also close to cromer, a very nice seaside town. would recommend the complex of barns - even in a chilly, blowy march. Christine from London (27 March 2015)
This is a very cosy and comfortable cottage, the owners are very friendly and helpful and all of the equipment is first class. We had a wonderful time and I would recommend this cottage to anyone. Andy from Euskirchen, Germany (27 February 2015)
