Little barn is a lovely spacious and comfortable place to stay. would highly recommend. Deborah from Cardiff (28 July 2017)
Clean and spacious cottage in a lovely village. Totally enclosed courtyard so very safe for your dog and great sun-trap. Minus point - no wi-fi. Mr And Mrs Mcpherson from Suffolk (07 July 2017)
Excellent choice. Peaceful. Nice village. Good walks. Ideal for dogs. Confirmed Guest (12 May 2017)
Lovely cosy cottage but with lots of space in an attractive village near many interesting sites. Pauline from Leigh (31 March 2017)
Little barn is very comfortable and with good heating throughout. it is a quiet and relaxing place to stay but with easy access to king's lynn. it was a very safe place to have a dog as outside the cottage was a completely secure area. the owner was available when needed but never intrusive. we hope to return in the future as we had a very enjoyable holiday there. Sheila from Sheffield (17 March 2017)
No comment Ian from Milnrow (21 October 2016)
We had a very comfortable holiday Jill from Maidenhead Berkshire (23 September 2016)
The cottage was excellent and north wooton is nice but wouldn't suite everyone. Both the pubs in walking distance are in decline, one offering no food and the other expensive rubbish and it's a bit of a drive to the first nice beach at brancaster. For dog owners it is a great place to stay. The cottage does not appear to have suffered from such lettings at all, which is a credit to the owner. There is ample off lead walking for well behaved dogs at the rugby club around the corner and the cottage does not feel small even with four adults and two hounds. This is the second time we have been and we'd go again and as you can tell we are fussy! Keith from Abbots Langley (26 August 2016)
Had a fantastic time. Lovely cottage well situated for visiting many great places. Great that it was also wheelchair accessible. Cathy from Wigan (12 August 2016)
Washing machine would have been nice - other than that, a splendid stay. The picture of the living area does not do it justice Gisela from Watford (05 August 2016)
An excellent base for visiting this part of the country. The accommodation is excellent, clean and well presented with plenty of space for 4 adults. There are enough local amenities and shops not to have to travel out of the village so if a leisurely holiday is your choice then it's ideal. Simon from Portsmouth (29 July 2016)
We all enjoyed staying at little barn and would be prepared to recommend it to friends if asked. everything was satisfactory and better. . the main reasons that we have not scored it as 10 are due to our elderly mother's requirements; we found little barn on a site that said 'suitable for disabled people' and this was correct in that little barn is a ground floor residence. However, once or twice before in cottages a support around the toilet was provided as well as additional hand rails. for us this was not a problem as our mother can just about manage without hand rails and toilet aids but if a cottage is "disabled person friendly" then such details are important to the holiday-makers concerned. Brenda from Hertfordshire (15 July 2016)
A dismal and chilly cottage in late june. Had to ask for heating to be switched on as no other form of heating and owner turns off heating in summer. we were not warm enough in the evening as the lounge was so dark. very dim lighting. Cooker was disappointing as the numbers on the controls on jobs and ovens were all missing, probably due to age. solid electric rings. Owner had drawn diagrams indicating showing where the numbers would be. Cottage adequate but for two people was expensive. Diane from Brighton (01 July 2016)
Excellent holiday home. Would have received all 10s if it had wi-fi. Janet from Dronfield (24 June 2016)
Have been to this cottage before. Tv was faulty throughout the week but the proprietor did his best to rectify the problem. Weather was very good and we enjoyed the week. Trevor from Earls Colne (13 May 2016)
The little barn is in a village location north wootton close to kings lynn & hunstanton for the seaside. . . the barn is well designed roomy kitchen diner & large lounge, good sized. Bedrooms. . the guest book shows how many people have enjoyed their stay. . we enjoyed our stay in october 2015 and so did the dogs. Sue from Groby, Leicester (23 October 2015)
A very comfortable and secure cottage in a great location for visits along the north norfolk coast. Well equipped and clean, living space great to relax in after a day's walking. Dog friendly, with excellent walks right by the door. We have visited twice and will be booking again for next year. Pauline from Leigh (16 October 2015)
Really lovely barn, spacious, cosy and warm, not so small as its name implies. owner very helpful. beautiful area and lots of walks for the dogs. home from home. would gladly recommend to friends and family. . . anne and keith Muriel from Abingdon, Oxfordshire (09 October 2015)
Most enjoyable holiday with excellent accommodation in a lovely village. Robert from Sheffield (02 October 2015)
Lovely barn close to many attractions in norfolk. Andrew from North Chailey (18 September 2015)
One of the best self catering accommodations we have stayed in. Spacious, exceedingly comfortable, and everything that is needed in any self catering accommodation is supplied. If you want to stay in north norfolk, this is the ideal place to stay. Roy from Ossett W. Yorks (04 September 2015)
Wonderful accommodation, clean and tidy. Great location Sara from Kent (14 August 2015)
Very comfortable cottage, good quality furniture and furnishings. Spacious and clean, well equipped. Set in a pretty village location within walking distance of local shops. friendly helpful owner. Close to the coast with plenty of local attraction to visit. Would highly recommend and would return. Deborah from Cardiff (07 August 2015)
An excellent cottage in a lovely quiet village with good access to local shops and places to visit. Robert from Hawkhurst (24 July 2015)
Perfect location for touring the area and its attractions. owner very helpful. . . could have done with: hooks on bathroom doors for bath-robes etc., and a hairdryer (i bought an inexpensive one from asda). cd player did not work. . . most importantly, the travelling on a friday was a nightmare both ways. in future, I will not book a cottage fri-fri. Alice from Hawkhurst, Kent (05 June 2015)
Lovely little place with all home comforts. The private courtyard had the sun all day and was wonderful to relax in. Excellent situation for visiting many attractions. Sandringham just 10 mins away. We also visited hunstanton, dereham, thursford, kings lynn & fakenham. Tesco express & chinese takeaway within walking distance. Pub with restaurant also close by. Only criticism was the walk in shower has a high step into so no good for disabled. Lyn from Great Yarmouth (29 May 2015)
Great accommodation owner very obliging would not hesitate to recommend this place easy to get about from where it is situated best in the area Heather from Nottingham (01 May 2015)
Extremely pleasant and charming Norman from North Walsham (28 December 2014)
Lovely cottage, secure garden for the dogs , handy for everything , clean and comfy , recommend to everyone Janet from Carlisle (19 September 2014)
The cottage was not private and the bedroom and bathrooms were poor. Hilary from Bury (12 September 2014)
Great cottage, warm welcome and nice welcoming touches. Nice large private area which was great for us relaxing in the evening and plenty of enclosed space for our pet dog. Local amenities are plenty and enjoyed the short walk to the garden on the green restaurant for some of our evening meals, it's a great local pub and very friendly owners with the bonus of being dog friendly. Also a great tea rooms at castle rising around a mile down the road jus opposite the castle. Close to numerous beaches only a short car journey away and sandringham just a couple of miles down the road with excellent wooded area to walk the dog. Dale from Manchester (05 September 2014)
We were not able to get the heating to work & owner did not return our call. Some cutlery was unclean. Numbers on cooker were worn away making it initially difficult to use. Shower and bathroom need handles to assist the disabled and elderly. Other than the above, everything we needed was available. Very attractive and comfortable cottage. Martin from Milton Keynes. (29 August 2014)
Could do with wifi Neil from Gateshead (15 August 2014)
Little barn is restful, relaxing and a peaceful place for any holiday maker. . we would highly recommend it anyone. Nicholas from Birmingham (08 August 2014)
Temperature markings on hob / cooker worn off, making things difficult / dangerous?. . could have done with more oven/ casserole type dishes. Generally very good though John from Ringwood (11 July 2014)
Excellent cottage and location. once again, although a dog is welcome, tenants are asked not to leave the dog in the cottage. this should be publicised at the booking stage, not only once you get to the cottage, since this requirement completely changes the nature of the holiday. Andrew from Dorset (27 June 2014)
Really comfortable cottage in pretty quiet village. lovely part of the world to visit. Cottage had best lounge we have had in self catering with decent size television.only improvement would have been wi-fi Sylvia from Eastleigh (13 June 2014)
Lovely spacious cottage with a homely feel. In an ideal location for walking and sightseeing. Also near to lovely pubs with excellent food. Pauline from Leigh, Lancashire (16 May 2014)
Perfect except for no washing machine ,although the owner does offer a 24 hour turn round laundry service, Colin from Medway (25 April 2014)
Nice cottage, shame no view, lack of attention to detail Alison from Walton On Thames (18 April 2014)
Very pleasing accommodation in quiet location Robert from Alsager (07 March 2014)
A very comfortable cottage, only problem was in sufficient hot water for bath, owner sorted problem once reported, but would suggest this situation needs further investigation by owner to resolve completely. Peter from Kirby Le Soken, Essex (08 November 2013)
Really enjoyed stay. Accommodation top class. Area is outstanding. Best of local pubs at castle rising. Would have liked a washing machine instead of a dishwasher though. Joyce from Gateshead (25 October 2013)
Excellent location, attentive owners, clean and comfortable cottage Peter from Panfield (18 October 2013)
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. the landlord was available when needed and sorted things smoothly and efficiently. it was a lovely area and very peaceful. Jenny from Gloucestershire (27 September 2013)
A first rate cottage. Everything, right down to a second bathroom with its own toilet, made this a great place in which to stay. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to even the most critical of my friends. Phil from London (30 August 2013)
Superb accommodation well situated in north norfolk, helpful owners who are nice people. Stuart from Bradford (19 Jul 2013)
Enclosed courtyard for the dogs and the car. . peaceful. Confirmed Purchaser (10 May 2013)

Too many to mention, the accommodation was first class and set in a lovely quiet village but within a short drive (or bus ride) to king's lynn for shopping. we could not have asked for a better location. Theresa from Nottinghamshire (22 June 2012)

Little Barn was the perfect choice for our weekend break with 2 children and for the first time - our dog. Lovely accommodation, fantastic location and great dog walks on the doorstep. It rained for most of the weekend but we’d gone prepared with wellies and raincoats so it almost added to the fun! Hoping to return again soon - for a longer break. Customer 57 (March 2012)
Little Barn is a lovely, modern cottage! My Husband and I really enjoyed our stay because we have family in the area so it was nice to be able to come back to the cottage after visiting them rather than stay in a hotel. We cannot fault our stay at all, my Husband uses a wheelchair and he found all the rooms easily accessible. Customer 58 (March 2012)
