No wi-fi or phone signal and no blueray player as stated. Poor supply of towels and cleaning products especially toilet cleaner. David from West Lothian (05 August 2017)
An enjoyable stay. John from Preston (08 July 2017)
The cottage is set in a beautiful location with stunning views and great sunsets. . the cottage is comftable and well equipped . . . there is no wifi inside the cottage and it was a weak signal outside. . . please note if you are taking your dog the rules state that you cannot leave it in the cottage while you are out. This rules out night time meals in restaurants and visits to non dog friendly attractions. Unless you have permission. . we really enjoyed our stay but a few too many rules to make it a relaxing holiday. David (01 July 2017)
Just a couple of small issues, first the cottage is advertised as having wi-fi but during our stay we could not get a wi-fi signal. Second the bedroom adjoins the next door cottage living room and it was a little noisy at night (we tend to go to bed around ten ish) so may not be a problem for some people Chris from Sheffield (20 May 2017)
Great location and clean, modern dog friendly cottage. Day trips to perth, pitlochry, house of bruar and the queens view. overall a great relaxing holiday. Graeme from Hawick (29 April 2017)
An amazing holiday and a perfect location to propose. We will definitely be returning. Joe from Kent (22 April 2017)
Superb location. Excellent well equipped cottage. Only drawback (for some) distance to amenities Rosemary from Preston (01 April 2017)
A fantastic cottage in a beautiful location. We wanted a peaceful and away from it all break and that is exactly what we got. The cottage is furnished to a very high standard, everything that you could want is there, a really handy welcoming pack was there on arrival, it was lovely to be able to have a cuppa and a bit of shortbread in front of the lovely log fire. I even managed to cook up a romantic valetines meal for my wife, complete with candles, it was perfect. We walked miles with our dog, the estate walks and forestry walks were amazing with stunning scenery and views. Jim, the estate manager popped in to say hello and gave us tips on where to go, and annabel the owner was also visiting that week. Both were very helpful and charming. We even got a tesco delivery so we didn't have to go shopping, that meant more time at the cottage. All in all a fabulous break, and would we go back? try to stop us. . don, sam and kenai. Don from Bourne, Lincolnshire (18 February 2017)
An absolutely delightful cottage in a wonderful area. It was full of the little extras which make such a difference. The welcome pack contained all the basics, plus a bottle of wine! robes and slippers are what you would expect in a decent hotel, but not had them in a cottage before! all the furnishings and appliances were great quality. We loved it and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Ruth from Cheshire (04 January 2017)
