Great location, very close to the sea and a short walk from town. Lovely little house, plenty of room for a family of four, could fit more comfortably. Really enjoyed our stay, would thouroughly recommend. Mike from Flitwick (05 August 2017)
Found cottage to be excellent. Ample private parking in front of cottage. Close to beach. Would recommend. Confirmed Guest (24 June 2017)
Lovely cottage to stay in, very clean and tidy. Only 2 minute walk to beech and fun fair. Local pub just around the corner. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others. Joe from Irchester (10 June 2017)

A great location. lots to do for children. Melanie from Bristol (27 August 2016)
Disappointed in cleanliness.contents of kitchen poor, knives blunt, chopping board filthy and badly scratched, welcome pack virtually non existent and milk sticks were off, floor very dirty.tv in lounge too small and very bad height, sofa under stairs impossible for two adults to sit on.interconnecting door in kitchen supposedly soundproof..a joke.altogether on a return visit the cottage was very disappointing, we will not return again. Graham from Derby (23 April 2016)
Satisfactory Pelly from Nottingham (09 April 2016)
Overall a clean, comfortable and well located holiday accommodation. hopefully would love to return. Sue from Derby (04 March 2016)
Upon arrival it was evident that the cottage had not been cleaned. Bed linen was unchanged from previous clients. the owner informed us that he wasn't expecting anybody for that week, lack of communication between owner and agent. . equipment in the kitchen needs to be upgraded to cater for the maximum amount of people (glasses, different size saucepans, oven trays). the shower was extremely noisy and needs upgrading. . the television is far too small for the size of the room which makes watching it in comfort difficult. Janice from London (20 February 2016)
Lovely property, had a slight problem with the heating one evening. Other than. That really nice. Customer 14 from Walton (07 November 2015)
Very clean well equipped house. everything needed for relaxing break. Tracey from Beckenham (12 October 2015)
We had a lovely holiday loved this cottage we have been to hunstanton several time but this must be the best accommodation we have stayed in. Karen from Didcot (03 October 2015)
We knew it would be pretty basic from the price of the week. it didn't explain in the description that the kitchen door leads to another property, which was rather odd. luckily the people staying in the adjoining property were quiet and respectful and I hope we were to them. the dryer kept tripping the electrics (3 times). the fires didn't work and no instruction on how to use them. fridge wasn't very cold. double bed was very small and I had to sleep in the twin room. twin bed mattresses very soft - could do with changing. tv was tiny and poorly positioned in the living room. location very good - close to shops and seaside. everything was clean and tidy. we had a lovely holiday and luckily the weather was great so we were out and about a lot. Lisa from Sudbury (26 September 2015)
Nicely positioned for hunstanton as all amenities are on your doorstep. This is also positioned ideally as a base for exploring what norfolk has to offer. Had everything needed for us to enjoy our holiday and would highly recommend hunny for your holiday stay. Kevin from Boston (22 August 2015)
Very nice not comfortable with neighboursto close. Mark from Swadlincote (06 June 2015)
We had a great holiday as the weather was brilliant and the cottage is well located for exploring the area. Jason from Brentwood (11 April 2015)
Lovely stay, would love to come again Edward from Leigh On Sea Essex (14 March 2015)
Great base to all amenities and very comfortble cottage. Better if you actually book both hunny & sunny though so accomodation is open throughout. If other party have dogs, or are a bit loud it restricts the use of the kitchen totally in hunny. Also can cause slight problems when using gardens. Would still recommend it for a short break or longer. We would have happily stayed longer. Owner very pleasant and accomodating. Sue from Ripon (03 October 2014)
Very nicely presented property, walking distance from beach and town, with a marston's pub practically next door which was great. it is situated on quite a busy road and roundabout, so care needs to be taken when entering and leaving the property. That said, you couldn't really hear the noise from the roads or pub inside the house. only thing we would say is that the double bed did seem quite small, but other than that it suited us perfectly for our needs. the garden area wasn't particularly big or anything very special, but was handy to have a washing line out there to dry clothes. Liz from Bury St Edmunds (26 July 2014)
House was pleasant but situated on a roundabout with negligible sea view so entry and exit by car was precarious. provision of only one key combined with fact that door did not pull to lock was very frustrating, no flexibility in coming/going separately and when one of us went out for an early morning run, the other had to be either locked in or vulnerable to intruders. cottage was clean on the surface but cupboards had not been checked so we found a nappy and open pack of dog food in cupboards among other things. Large bathroom contains only a shower and no bath, and only one toilet (upstairs) would make this a tight fit for six people. beds were clean but mattresses, pillows and duvets obviously very cheap and not warm enough for an english winter. On plus side, heating was always on but no access to heating system meant every radiator needed to be turned on/off separately. Sorocha from London (12 April 2014)
