Excellent holiday Susan (08 July 2017)
A wonderful cottage with plenty of space. Just a short walk to the beach and harbour. We all had a wonderful week. Benjamin (03 June 2017)
This was our 2nd stay at this property and once again, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The property provides an excellent base for our 3 generation family get together. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. The long enclosed garden is an extra bonus and the children made good use of it (even the grown up ones)!! Emily from North Petherton (25 June 2016)
Lovely house very spacious and close to the beach. Charlotte from Gloucester (04 June 2016)

Excellent Lee from Royston (01 August 2015)
Lovely holiday home in a good location. House is really good size and sleeps 7 comfortably. It's well equipped, has an assortment of toys, games and puzzles for younger children, as well as a lovely sized enclosed garden. There is also ample additional parking space to the rear of the property. Its an ideal base for a family holiday and we have booked again for next year. Emily from Taunton (18 July 2015)
Very nice house, very comfortable. Very child friendly. Ideal. Rita from Bradford On Avon (30 May 2015)
Spent a lovely week in cornwall staying at greenfield terrace cottage. the cottage is just a few minutes walk from portreath harbour / beach. Portreath itself is a small, functional town with a few cafes, a chinese takeaway and a convenience store. we didn't spend too much time in the cottage as we used it as a base to explore cornwall. Portreath is a good cebteal location to explore the north and east coast of cornwall. Sara from Potters Bar (11 April 2015)
The property exceeded our expectations, it is very spacious with a fantastic dining area. It is very well equipped with everything we needed for our young family..high chair, cot , stair gate, even a large variety of toys and games. The location is an excellent base with many excellent places to visit only a short drive away. We had a fantastic holiday and would not hesitate to book again. Faith from Lytham St Annes (01 November 2014)
Furnishings in cottage were comfortable, but we were surprised that we had to go out and buy items such as dishcloths and washing up brush and scourer, as these are usually supplied. Ruth from Southampton (13 September 2014)
This cottage gave us a lovely base for a holiday exploring the north coast of cornwall from st ives to padstow Jane from Weymouth (19 July 2014)
Excellent accommodation in quiet location close to beach and amenities. Nice and clean with everything a home needs ( including books games toys and even bucket and spades! ). ideal for touring cornwall. Shame one cannot book the sunshine! Tony from Sutton Coldfield (31 May 2014)
Great location, loverly place Nick from Weston-Super-Mare (19 April 2014)
This is a deceptively spacious and well turned out house. It suited us perfectly with 5 adults and two children it never felt crowded. The location is fine although to experience the best of cornwall you do need a car to move around. However, as a base for exploration the house was perfect and incredibly comfortable. Chris from Stratford Upon Avon (02 November 2013)
This is a perfect family holiday base for a cornish beach holiday. Definitly the best rented house we've had in over 20 years of trips to the south west. Exceptionally well equipped down to baskets of toys and books for the kids. Gorgeous kitchen and the blessing of two living rooms. Spotless on arrival and very pleasant helpful owner to deal with. will certainly rent again Tom from Warlingham (24 August 2013)
Great location; great layout. Well equipped Confirmed Purchaser (01 Jun 2013)

Comfortable. Ale from Leicester (09 June 2012)
A very well presented property in a quiet location, very clean and comfortable. Local amenities are good. It would be useful if there was a folder with details of local services i.e. doctor, minor injuries hospital. Customer 22 (May 2011)
A lovely property. Excellent access to the nearby beach. Easy access to visit all surrounding beaches. Customer 23 (May 2011)
Excellent property well looked after and was larger than the pictures suggested. Very impressed and will go back again. It has all you need with regards to utensils and games and utilities. Customer 24 (December 2010)
A great location near to beach, walking and cycling trails, near to playground and larger towns. Customer 25 (July 2010)
Spacious kitchen, living area. Well equipped. Handrail would have been useful on lower part of stairs for our grandchildren. Customer 26 (December 2009)
Clean, modern, very well equipped, good position. Customer 27 (September 2009)
The cottage was fantastic, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property was well equipped and catered for our family more than adequately. We would definitely return, although without my sister and niece sharing we couldn’t have afforded property, out of our price range unless sharing the cost. The wooden floor was lifting in places and needed re- laying, little bit dangerous, other than that fabulous place, lovely friendly neighbours, totally and utterly highly recommended. We had a brilliant time. Thank you . Customer 28 (August 2008)
Superb property which we would welcome returning to again in the future. Very well equipped. Customer 29 (July 2008)
