Coronation villa is superbly located with excellent local facilities. The property is spacious and reasonably well appointed. The decor is dated and a number of the facilities (one of the loos, shower) were not in correct working order. The overall cleanliness on our arrival fell short of our expectations. The owner could not have been more personable or helpful. John (22 July 2017)
Lovely cottage in beautiful village! would definitely stay again. Charlotte from Newcastle Upon Tyne (29 May 2017)
We had a really fab time in snettisham. coronation villa is ideally located for walking to the local shops and pubs, driving to nearby rspb reserve and lots of other beautiful locations. The cottage is well looked after and plenty big enough for 6 people. the warm welcome with flowers, cake and marmalade was a lovely touch. Confirmed Guest (30 March 2017)
Coronation villa is a nice comfortable cottage with plenty of room for a family with two or three children. it is well-equipped and warm, with a nice enclosed garden. the area is very quiet, and there is plenty to do with kids. we have stayed there twice now, as it is very convenient for visiting my parents, who live in the next village. the landlord is pleasant and friendly, and left us some homemade marmelade and milk. we would happily rent this cottage again. Karen from Bonn, Germany (16 January 2017)
We've stayed here before and loved it the only problem we had this time was the boiler kept going off luckily it wasn't particularly cold when we were there and reset easily maybe needs to be looked at we love the house and the area and the cake and milk on arrival are a lovely touch and greatly appreciated made to feel very welcome will definitely be back next year Liz from Bala North Wales (10 December 2016)
A lovely house, and very comfortable. Appreciated the cake, marmalade and other items ( e.g. Milk) awaiting us on arrival. Efficient central heating - important for a november stay! Cathy from Chingford (29 November 2016)
We had a great time, the cottage came well equipped with lots of toys and games for the kids. the large garden was great to run around in. there are plenty of places for hide and seek. we were made welcome when we arrived with a lovely cake and the place was clean and tidy. Jason from Bradford (03 September 2016)
We did have a nice stay at the cottage however there was an issue with parking and an altercation with neighbours. the cottage is over equipped with china every cupboard was full so there was no convenient space to put our own personal kitchen groceries also some of the saucepans and cooking pans were showing signs of rust. the owner however left a nice welcome of cake and marmalade for us. Linda from Lowestoft (23 April 2016)
Very comfortable cottage very well equipped the shower room could do with a little tlc had a lovely stay the caretaker was very helpful and the welcome cake was enjoyed by all would gladly stay there again thank you Liz from Bala (26 February 2016)
Excellent property, very spacious for a small family of 4. Owners very kind and generous (homemade cake and marmalade!). parking was absolutely fine when we were there. Most houses have their own drives so we could park right outside every day. Highly recommended and very good value. Ian from Hassocks (19 February 2016)
Great cottage and well equipped. Parking is an issue and in summer could potentially be a problem. wifi would be a great addition. would definitely use again Lynn from Glasgow (26 January 2016)
Clean, warm, cosy well equipped. Very helpful local contact Chris from Sheffield (06 November 2015)
A great holiday home situated in a nice friendly village with excellent bus routes, pubs and walks. Caretaker and his lady colleague were friendly and helpful and kindly brought us some freshly picked blackberries to complement the apples that were falling in great numbers from the tree in the large, private and relaxing garden. Very little has been left out when stocking the house for all ages, and some basics, as well as homemade marmalade and a victoria sponge were waiting for us on arrival. The only downside - parking. in a narrow cul-de-sac with building work taking place on the opposite house, finding a space was sometimes challenging and even when parking considerately, we got "spoken to" by the neighbours ref access, there seems to be a bit of an on-going grudge against guests in the villa. We only had the one car, so families arriving separately may struggle. Otherwise, great, thank you. Leisah from Beaminster (26 September 2015)
The only reasons we would not stay at coronation villa again are firstly the stairs are steep & I am disabled, secondly there is no off street parking and the lane is very narrow. some of the scores above reflect the fact that the only shower in the property was leaking badly (the upstairs bathroom does not have a shower!!) with 5 adults staying in the property this was a major problem especially as I cannot use a bath! the property is quite a distance from the village facilities, which means taking a car to the restaurants/pub/bistro/fish & chip shop etc. On the positive side we were made very welcome & rag allowed us to park one of our cars on his driveway. Everyone we met in the village spoke to us & we would definitely visit norfolk again. Ann from Leicestershire (07 September 2015)
A lovely cottage in a beautiful village which we thoroughly enjoyed and hope to visit again. . we even got amazing homemade cake and marmalade on arrival! Ted from Warwick (15 August 2015)
Really enjoyed our stay there central to all amenities we required. family enjoyed also. would recommend to friends. cannot fault the villa. Confirmed Guest (08 August 2015)
Lovely homely holiday house with nice garden to relax in and extras like tea/coffee provided and a delicious sponge cake. . only thing missing was wifi but lots of brochures provided. . fyi sainsbury's in hunstanton, budgens in dersingham. . snettisham is a good base for exploring the north norfolk coast and has 2 great pubs (especially the rose and crown.) Brian from Brentford (30 May 2015)
We have had a lovely week staying at snettisham, the village is lovely and the two pubs, though very different, both do good food. This was a really good base for visiting all the nature reserves along the coast of the wash....we walked for miles there was just so many birds to watch....and wonderful beaches. Pip from Winslow Buckinghamshire (28 March 2015)
Very friendly, warm welcome . well equipped cottage. Confirmed Guest (16 February 2015)
Absolutely perfect place for a family getaway with all the luxuries of home. would highly recommend it to everyone! Lisa from Newmarket (25 January 2015)
A really well equipped, clean, comfortable cottage. Some lovely additional extras on arrival, such as home-made cake, home-made marmalade, biscuits, tea, coffee etc that were really appreciated. The village (about a 5 minute walk away) has a well-stocked grocery store, 2 pubs serving food, and a fish & chip shop. All cottages are too expensive over holiday times (we were there at new year) hence my low rating for value for money) Rachel from Bromsgrove (04 January 2015)
Very well equipped and a superb location for getting out and about Ann from Enfield (27 September 2014)
Cottage excellent but was in a very narrow cul de sac. We had two cars and parking was sometimes an issue with a very rude lady whose driveway was on the other side of the road. Pam from Poole (20 September 2014)
We booked this cottage at the last minute so we could go on holiday with our friends. We were welcomed by the owner with a beautiful sponge cake etc. And were shown round the cottage. We all had a great holiday, never been on holiday with our friends before, so it was a trail for next year. The weather was good, just one bad day and that day we went to the theatre. . hhad a great time Michael from Ipswich (12 July 2014)
Excellent house with great facilities in a great locality. we used the bbq a few times in the enclosed garden at the back. we occasionally had visitors - a family of ducks which the kids loved! Catherine from Horsforth, Leeds (31 May 2014)
Very comfortable cottage, amply equipped with everything you could possibly need. Cake and marmalade on top of the welcome pack were a lovely touch. Would thoroughly recommend this cottage. Only one downside -poor mobile signal and no wifi. Mark from Ipswich (24 May 2014)
A very nice, comfortable cottage, with just about everything provided. Friendly and helpful key holder. Lovely welcome - cake, flowers etc. My only niggle would be the lack of cupboard space in the kitchen for our food. Just about every cupboard is full of kitchen equipment and crockery, so extremely limited space for our supplies. However, this wouldn't prevent me from booking the cottage again. A very enjoyable stay. Lyn from London (18 April 2014)
We found it awkward that the cot was in the room with single beds and not in one of the double rooms. Not moveable without the aid of allen keys. Confirmed Purchaser from Bristol (04 January 2014)
A tranquil location ideal for our hobby of birdwatching. Small welcome pack was appreciated. A roomy place when only occupied by 2. Angela from Rugby (04 October 2013)
Well equiped cottage, nice have caretaker that takes out wheelie bins! Confirmed Purchaser (28 September 2013)
Cosy and homely. Very child friendly though stairs are steep. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of spare sockets for phone chargers etc. Enclosed lawned garden much appreciated by 4 year old. Village centre about 10 min walk with excellent pub meals at rose & crown. Great beaches within a few minutes drive. David from Watford (09 September 2013)
Thoroughly enjoyable & fantastic weather Paul from Derby (31 August 2013)
A very comfortable and well equipped villa, a warm welcome, lovely and. Quiet. The coasthopper bus was exellent, was good to leave the car behind, everything was great, no hesitation in going again, Shirley from Chelmsford (15 Jun 2013)

Lots to do in area , nice safe garden for kids and warm house . great to have 2 bathrooms . really enjoyed our stay . Lucy from London (03 January 2013)
Bright & clean, very spacious for four people, comfortable beds, quiet location, well equipped. Useful downstairs toilet / shower room. Sue from N Wales (18 November 2012)
Well equiped kitchen, warm. Great location for getting out and about with the car. Comfy beds. Towels and linen provided. Great homemade cake and jam waiting for us on arrival which was very much appreciated after a long journey. Safe, secure garden for children to play in. Claire from Stirling (20 October 2012)
A very well equipped cottage. A lovely welcome from the caretakers together with homemade cake, marmalade and cheese straws. Plenty of tea and coffee and a bottle of milk - a perfect start to the holiday. Very comfortable beds and a lovely atmosphere to the cottage. Pamela from Mold (22 September 2012)

Very clean and extremely well-stocked. In a nice close off the main road so quiet. Customer 47 (November 2010)
We were made very welcome with refreshments available on arrival. The cottage was cleam, bright and well cared for. Every requirement was catered for. There were books games, every little item that you might need was thought of, even sticky tape. We had a really nice holiday and would highly reccommend this cottage. Customer 48 (October 2010)
Good accommodation. Had everything we needed. Nice to have things for young children - plastic plates, cutlery, high chairs etc. Customer 49 (August 2010)
Good sized rooms and scope for children playing indoors. Customer 50 (July 2010)
The cottage was perfect for us. It had a lovely cosy living room, and a large kitchen/diner with all mod cons. The bedrooms were all finished to a high standard and we slept very well on the extremely comfortable beds. The tv could do with upgrading, but it didn’t really worry us too much, as we spent a lot of time exploring. Customer 51 (April 2010)
