Great time at corbie lynn. there were 11 of us and there was so much space. . the good weather was a bonus so we all enjoyed time in the garden. We will. Hopefully return in the future. Heather from Glasgow (14 July 2017)
Great spacious house and gardens Sandra from Glasgow (18 June 2017)
Amazing house, great facilities, clean and tidy. We had a great time and will be recommending it to others!!! Kirsteen (11 June 2017)
Absolutely fantastic place. I've recommended it to my friends and family. Nothing to complain about what so ever. Had a great holiday with 4 generations of our family. Everybody loved the house and would definitely go back again. Tracy from Leeds (20 May 2017)
We had a lovely few days holiday at corbie lynn. . the house is great for a larger family and very well. Equipped. With everything you could possibly need. It is very private with a great garden for my young grandsons,. to explore. We all really enjoyed our visit and hope to return again Barbara from Glenmoriston (12 May 2017)
An excellent holiday house in a delightful position and with easy access to the lovely village of pitlochry Brian from Glasgow (07 May 2017)
Absolutely loved this cottage, couldn't have wished for more. We went with 4 generations and plus our dogs and there was so much room we we're still comfortable. The garden is terrific and very secure so quite happy for the grandkids to play in. Phil from Hull (22 April 2017)
A wonderful property - very well equipped and spacious enough for 11 - plenty parking space and house was spotlessly clean. Only slight comment (and does not detract from overall satisfaction!) was that there was not enough hot water for everyone to shower within a reasonable time of each other! the instructions for access etc were spot on! plenty toys, games videos etc if you have children with you and safe enclosed area around property enabling safe environment for young children. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for accommodation for family events etc (we were celebrating a special family birthday) Michael from Dingwall (06 March 2017)
This is a beautiful cottage in the town of pitlochry. it had everything that we needed for the weekend and provided a wonderful home for all of the family. looking forward to staying again. Angela from Glasgow (22 January 2017)
Corbie lynn is a lovely home , the ambience ,is warm and welcoming .a very comfortable house .thanks is due to the owner, for providing basics ie milk , bread , dish washer tablets etc --much appreciated . a number of the group were a little concerned that the heating ( especially as it was controlled from edinburgh ) , might not be set high enough for the cold wet day's ---we need not have worried ! the house was lovely and warm, though one of our party was a little cold in the upper double bedroom ! utility room , very handy for hanging wet outdoor clothing ,shoes etc . another shower would have been appreciated ,as the group did not feel we could use the shower above ( or within the roll top bath ). the group thoroughly enjoyed them selves . I would imagine that one fine day we would find our selves re- booking this comfortable abode ,many thanks .victoria watt Victoria from Maud Aberdeenshire (17 October 2016)
Our family had a wondeful stay at this stunning holiday home. i recommend it highly. we booked the trip as a family to celebrate my parents 50 wedding anniversary and really had a wonderful stay. the holiday home was just perfect for our needs and we thought very well equiped and of excellent standard and cleanliness. the downstairs ensuite room was perfect for my elderly parents as was the very cosy temperature throughout. the entertainment games etc provided was a real bonus and perfect for our three boys. the garden and utility room was ideal for our two small dogs. The enclosed garden really is substantial and well enclosed. Everything felt very well thought out and comfortable. A real home from home in a beautiful area. . pitlochry is a great little town, very pretty and friendly. The enchanted forest is a great experience. the cottage is in a fantastic location just a very short walk into town. the driveway is a little steep, only an issue if anyone has problems with walking. . lots of lovely pubs, restaurants and takeaways in pitlochry. . . we really had a positive experience and would go back. Sharon from Falkirk (14 October 2016)
Cottage is lovely but needs some tlc. Toaster in kitchen does not work. Alot of the lamps are missing bulbs. Could do with some new bedding and mattresses as very uncomfortable. Would be nice to have a shower room upstairs and maybe add a hot tub and bbq for evenings. Tracy from Edinburgh (10 October 2016)
Excellent house for a family group. Private and quiet yet close to shops and restaurants . we used it for a visit to the enchanted forest with young grandchildren . good enclosed garden where wee one could run around. Kathleen from Crail (03 October 2016)
A lovely large house which has clearly been / is a loved family home. it is very welcoming and we felt at home pretty quickly. it is of its era and the decor a wee bit dated, but very comfortable stay for a big family birthday. Lucy from Aberdeen (26 September 2016)
Lovely cottage in excellent surroundings. Pitlochry is the prettiest village in the world and has plenty to see and do, a weekend is just not long enough. Brilliant location with some truly wonderful walks, bike trails just minutes from the door of this cottage. The cottage was so spacious and very cosy (roasting hot) on the friday. The garden area is huge and so secure for the kids to play in, not too mention the dog. It is an ideal spot for a family christmas break or a week or a fortnight or a month. You will want to go back again it's got something for everyone. Heather from Uddingston (19 September 2016)
Beautiful house and gardens in a suburb location, very comfortable accommodation for large group, excellent holiday. Paul from Lancaster (06 August 2016)
Had a fabulous long weekend at corbie lynn. Perfectly situated to walk into lovely pitlochry. our only comment was that the fridge was a little small for such a big house. We enjoy to cook and had little space for everything. Also no barbeque which wasn't too big a deal I suppose. Would book this house again without a seconds thought. Louise from Aberdeen (27 June 2016)
Fantastic location layout great garden to enjoy the sun kitchen/lounge great for social 2 mins walk to nearest pub and plenty to choose to eat and drink scenery amazing. Train station 5 mins walk for trip through cairngorms Iain from Sutton Coldfield (04 June 2016)
Well equipped and comfortable. Jacqueline from Peebles (02 May 2016)
Wonderful easter break , 2016 . hamish and his wife were lovely and very helpful over the telephone , great location and would definitely stay there again , but would try to stay longer next time , the house is a home from home 10 out of 10 Michelle from Cheshire (28 March 2016)
Lovely well equipped home central for walking out. Ideal garden for dogs and children. Great value Anne from Stonehouse (10 October 2015)
A comfortable cottage ideally located on the edge of pitlochry but within walking distance of the town centre. It is a clean well maintained cottage containing everything you would need on a self catering holiday. We had a wonderful holiday made particularly special by the amazing weather we experienced and would have no hesitation in renting this particular property again. Peter from Epping (03 October 2015)
Can honestly say it was the nicest holiday home we have stayed in..absolutely beautiful. The furnishings were tasteful and comfortable. Great thought has gone into the whole house. The garden is huge, the dogs loved it. the location is great and central to everywhere of interest. We made a fantastic choice and highly recommend corbie lynn . we hope to return again in the future. Sue from Kento (19 September 2015)
Fantastic location for a base, beautiful house very clean and comfortable however when full slightly limited on livingroom furniture and on sunny evenings a bbq would be a great addition. Apart from that I would highly recommend this house. Julie from Leigh-On-Sea (15 August 2015)
I can't fault anything with corbie lynn. The location was the icing on the cake. Graham from Ireland (08 August 2015)
Lovely cottage ideally located for family holiday. Confirmed Guest (01 August 2015)
Staying in corbie lynn was like being in a true home rather than a vacation property. it was a beautiful house and wonderful setting. we would definitely go back again! Carol from Usa (24 July 2015)
