Camelot was absolutely perfect, well equipped and ideal for all our holiday expectations. We would definitely stay there again Denise from Castleford (22 July 2017)
Camelot is a well equipped cottage with everything in place you could possibly require, and very comfortable and clean. . a very good base for discovering the north norfolk coast, and scope for plenty of walks,. the pub in the village is a nice place with good food, we had a wonderful week and the weather was very kind to us with plenty of sunshine. Michelle from Essex (08 July 2017)
Very well appointed cottage and with a friendly local lady who is the contact for any problems (which were none!). short walk to the shingle beach, even shorter walk to the pub and in a fantastic location for venturing further afield to the numerous beauty spots. We were three ladies of a certain age(in our heads), and had the best week's break we could have wished for!. certainly we would visit again. Anna from Huntingdon (05 November 2016)
Lovely holiday cottage with all the essentials to make your stay much easier. Rooms were a good size and plenty of space for 6 people. Not much in the village but as we were out everyday this wasn't an issue. Just down the road from the beach which is walkable along a path. Clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again. Sian from Dunstable (29 October 2016)
This is our third stay and have already booked for next year. the house is very well equipped and everything was working well. with wifi now as well it makes it even better. The enclosed back garden was lovely as we had beautiful weather. The local shop is great - very friendly and well stocked and they have lovely fresh bread and pastries every day. The pub is reasonably good food but you do need to book. It is a small village and the beach is only 5-10 minute walk away though it is a shingle beach, so not so good for bathing. We visited sheringham park and felbrigg on a couple of occasions for lovely walks and cromer is a great seaside town to visit. Tricia from Hertfordshire (17 September 2016)
T o paraphrase the song" simply there is not a more convivial spot for holiday relaxing than weybourne camelot" . lovely house, helpful caretaker(sheila) in a friendly village /county. Sheila from Leeds (10 September 2016)
We enjoyed the cottage nice clean and very central .though shower in downstairs utility room a bit strange but it worked ok. Kitchen well equiped and very nicely laid out. Bedrooms were nicely laid out too. all in all a nice holiday cottage Sandra from Ipswich (13 August 2016)
A good property which is very well equipped. An easy walk to the beach, but it is a shingle beach and not very good for swimming, so as we had an 8 yr old we had to travel to a suitable beach. The house is nice with a pleasant enclosed garden, and had everything we needed. The village pub was ok. If a little pricey, and if you wish to eat there on your first night then remember to book at least 2 days in advance. We thought the rental price was high, but it was the height of the season, and booked at relatively short notice. James from Northampton (06 August 2016)
Lovely cottage, very clean, lovely location. However, (this must be our 6th visit) the cottage is getting a bit tired looking. The sofas have rips in the cushions, the shower is leaking from the shower head. The upstairs toilet has a rather inefficient flush! note that the locks have been dealt with on both toilet doors, thankyou! think it's more a case of the owner perhaps has not seen it very recently. However, still a. Lovely cottage in a lovely location. Beds are the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Christine from Saffron Walden (03 October 2015)
It was very welcoming apart from the fact that the long rose briars were across the front door. The front garden was so overgrown that there was hardly enough room to park the car. However the house itself was very good. The only problem, which must surely soon be corrected, is that there is no wifi. A must in these days Confirmed Guest (26 September 2015)
Superb cottage, our second visit. Beautiful location. Cottage well eqiupped and comfy. Could do with wi-fi though as phone recepton in this part of norfolk is non-existant - mind you, that can be an advantage sometimes. Oven is a bit technical and slow to warm up. Everything else great though and we had a terrific 2 weeks. James from Guildford (29 August 2015)
This was a lovely cottage in a gorgeous setting. we had a great time there and it was very well equipped with high quality stuff (apart from no washing pegs to be found anywhere!!). . we love sheringham and this cottage is very close to the town but nice to be away from the noise and general busy holiday area. . the local shop has free wi-fi so that was very useful for our teenagers who need to be connected to their mates even on holiday! local crabs are also sold up the road so great for those who want to enjoy the local specialities. Lewis from Newark (08 August 2015)
Would not seat six people comfortably in the lounge area, the seating was worn. We had to take the rocking chair downstairs to use. The beds were very good and enjoyed our stay. Well equipped. Graeme from Nottingham (18 July 2015)
Our second visit, great cottage but would like wi-fi. John from Eye (20 June 2015)
Good location, sunny patio area, easy walk to shop, sea and pub. Poor furnishings, sofa tatty and uncomfortable. Roger from Carlton Colville. Suffolk (13 June 2015)
Lovely cottage and location, would book again, only thing it needs. more seating would be a good idea sofas need updating Customer 16 from Lincoln (30 May 2015)
A great place to stay. Great location. Very comfortable beds and very good quality bed linen. Sue from Bedford (02 May 2015)
This is our fourth year at 'camelot'. it is home from home now. We are pleased with the high standards of the cottage and its equipment. The local contact is very helpful and small problems can be sorted out promptly. Access to the local shop and pub are excellent. A quiet spot with a view of the sea. What more could you wish for? we would however really welcome wi fi in the property. Jill from Leicester (11 April 2015)
Fantastic property in beautiful location, stayed at christmas and owner not only decorated the cottage but also left lovely presents under the tree, thank you for a lovely break and certainly will be going back! Peter from Nottinghamshire (04 January 2015)
A pleasant cottage and location close to a very excellent pub! Paul from Welling, Kent (08 November 2014)
Lovely house, very comfortable. one or two items needed attention, i.e. Toilet seat broken and dishwasher not working, but overall very good Patricia from Buntingford (01 November 2014)
Lovely cottage, we have been coming for several years and still the locks on both toilet doors remain broken! expect to see this addressed by next year. Also kettle and shower cubicle and have both sprung a leak. Apart from these items, lovely comfortable beds. Chairs in the lounge are not so comfortable as the original ones, apart from the leather one, which is a dream! Christine from Stevens (04 October 2014)
It was a lovely cottage in an excellent location. The response of the caretaker was prompt and friendly when a small problem arose. Very reassuring. The cottage is supposed to accommodate six people. There are only five comfortable seats in the sitting room and for more than four the table would have to be pulled out in the sitting room and chairs brought in. I would say two married couples and one child would be maximum for comfort. We were just three women with a bedroom each and it was wonderful for us. Yvonne from Tamworth (27 September 2014)
The cottage is in such a beautiful location with only a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is also very close to both sheringham park and felbrigg hall which are great for walking. The ship inn, two minutes away, served great food. The cottage itself was very clean and comfortable and had everything you could need. The kitchen was very well equipped, though the dishwasher didn't seem to work when we were there, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Tricia from St Albans (20 September 2014)
Really good holiday- would definitely go back. Plenty of accommodation. Only thing I would say is it needs a new kettle. Karen from Huntingdon (13 September 2014)
This cottage was equipped to the highest standard we've ever experienced. The location was stunning and we enjoyed our stay immensly. We'd love to go back sometime. James from Guildford (23 August 2014)
A lovely cottage with a nice sunny back garden. One of the best holiday cottages we have ever stayed in. It`s only a few minutes walk from the (pebble) beach, and even closer to the excellent ship inn where they serve very good food. The double bed in the main bedroom was extremely comfortable, guaranteeing a good night`s sleep. Eric from Cheadle Hulme. (14 June 2014)
Warm comfortable cottage. Would love wi fi in the cottage. Noticed that they cords on the blinds are not secured to the walls and are very dangerous for children. Love the log burner. Struggled with the 'microwave' and oven. Jill from Leicester (26 April 2014)
Everything was first class and the cottage was very well equipped. the only issue was the electric oven and ceramic hob which were quite difficult to master, even after reading the instruction manual. Enza from Grays (19 April 2014)
A lovely cottage. There were four adults in our party which was great any more then it would have been crowded. There is insufficient seating for more than four. Cottage very clean on arrival and well equipped. Bed comfort was out of this world - lovely (we took the name of the bed an mattress to change ours). what would I change - please buy another scart lead for the tv as swapping it each time you wanted to use the dvd was a real pain. Thats it thanks for a nice week. Robin from Cheshunt - Herts (22 February 2014)
Superb accommodation with excellent quality appliances, bedding etc. The bedrooms are a good size and the master bedroom is fitted with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. the kitchen is provided with all one could wish for when self catering. an extra chair in the lounge would have been appreciated and also a working lock on the bathroom door and cloakroom. Bernard from Colchester (24 August 2013)
. cottage very comfortable and extremely well equipped. Quiet and convenient location. Lots of bird song! would revisit. Christine from Wolverhampton (22 Jun 2013)
Washing machine and tumble dryer. Bird clock (you've got to hear it to appreciate). spacious. Owner and caretaker very helpful Heather from Norfolk (15 Jun 2013)
Good position, close to beach, shop and pub Marion from Hereford (18 August 2012)
This was an excellent property, everything had been thought of. If you need Wi-fi access it is available at the village store. Customer 35 (May 2012)
Lovely property in an excellent location a few minutes walk to the sea. Pebble beach. Good walking in both directions. Plenty to do and see. Very little driving required as everywhere close at hand. Property clean and well appointed with top quality fixtures and fittings. Beds very comfortable. Will come again! Customer 36 (October 2011)
