Large property with character. Hot tub fab. Lovely food at the golden lion pub close by. Harriman (03 June 2017)
We had a lovely family holiday at the farmhouse, 6 adults, 2 children and 3 dogs, plenty of room for everyone. the farmhouse was a good size, we especially liked the kitchen/dinning area where there was ample room for us all to gather together, we found it to be very well equipped and nice and clean. the hot tub was an added bonus and the cream tea waiting for us in the fridge was a very nice touch. Lyn from Isle Of Wight (06 May 2017)
A lovely big house with space to spread out and not be on top of each other. Unfortunately there were bits which were frustrating. One of the ensuite showers kept flooding and there wasn't any hot water for the sink in the same room. There were a few cobwebs around and the garden was weedy. For the amount paid this shouldn't happen. However, the kitchen has all you could need to stay in and cook and is huge! the hot tub is lovely and the bedrooms are nicely decorated. All in all a lovely break in a lovely house, which just needs a few tweaks. Valued Customer (15 April 2017)
Lovely cottage exceeded expectations , would definitely reccomend , nice owners too Jill from Ticehurst (18 March 2017)
The cottage is great for large family get togethers we all had a fab time. The kitchen is a great size perfect for cooking and socialising, all the bathrooms were good sizes and nice to have en suites. The beds were clean and very comfortable. It was a bonus having the 3 lounges which are very spacious and also have t.vs. The countryside is beautiful surrounding the cottage which gives great walks and views. Sam who owns the cottage was very pleasant and helpfull with any concerns we had. The jacuzzi was great also clean and maintained as was the garden area. All family memebers fury and non fury all enjoyed our stay and are planning on booking up again for next year. Great value for money Lindzi from Coventry (25 February 2017)
11 of us stayed at caddy's corner for february half term. we were delighted with the space we had, the bedrooms were all spacious and cosy and the kitchen was the best equipped one we have ever had in a holiday cottage. it was wonderfully clean and the seperate lounges were fantastic for the adults and kids to have their own space. the hot tub was a hit with everyone and made the holiday that bit more special. could not fault anything. fabulous holiday! Helen from Blaby, Leics (18 February 2017)
10 of us stayed at the farm house to celebrate my mum's 60th birthday. It was absolutely brilliant. It was a lovely cottage with ample space to fit us all in plus two dogs too. The house was really clean and the kitchen was really well equipped. The hot tub was lovely as were the log burners in each room which was lovely to sit by after taking some great walks around the reservoir near by. There was a lot of helpful visitor information in the cottage and the ingredients for a cream tea on our arrival were a lovely additional touch. Sam the owner was very friendly and helpful. We all had a great holiday and I would certainly recommend this property, its a great rural retreat. Lauren from Exeter (16 January 2017)
Wonderful warm cottage! so nice to find a cottage where you can take more than two dogs. The hottub was a delight after a day at the beach or long walks. Would definitely recommend! Claire from Essex (05 November 2016)
Good holiday house, problem with the dishwasher which was quickly resolved by sam but shouldn't really have happened in the first place (clearly no one checked the dishwasher prior to our arrival). dining chairs weren't the most comfortable but overall we would definitely recommend the house. would rate the house as family friendly below but can't get accept my choice. Carole from Chichester (29 October 2016)
Excellent area. Bedding lovely and clean. Good for dogs. Missing a few fundamental s like tin opener. Property was damp and smelt like it. But having said that had a wonderful time. needs tlc. Dawn from Alton (03 September 2016)

A really good location, big open space for kids to play ..we did enjoy this weekend..thanks Marius from London (02 May 2016)
The farm house was a great place for an extended family holiday. Overall the property was good. A bit of tlc was needed in places. There was enough space so we weren't all on top of each other and an added bonus having the second sitting room meant we all didn't have to watch cbeebies!!!!. the location is good for exploring either the north or south coast. The owners were really nice, very informative and helpful. A great week was had by all. Kate from Amersham (02 April 2016)
Really enjoyable holiday and a very nice cottage. Would book this property again if dates are available. Even though I could not fault the property I would never give a 10 score as I believe this could lead to complacency and does not leave room for improvement. Also found the owner to be very cooperative and helpful. Antony from Birmingham (24 October 2015)
12 of us stayed at the farm house for 4 nights and it was absolutely fantastic experience. We came in mid october, the house was very warm, clean and well equipped. Everybody was very impressed and pleased with the house and couldn't decide which bedroom they would like to have as they were all look very comfortable. 4 bathrooms are more than enough for us so no queuing at any time. Free scones, jams and clotted cream in the fridge added to a nice and warm welcome to the house. The kitchen and dining table are good size and did not feel crowded with 12 people all in the same room. Very handy to have the dishwasher and no need to get our own washing tablets. Worth every penny and would definitely recommend this house for a good holiday getaway. Siti from Manchester (16 October 2015)
The property was in need of a little tlc but overall very well equipped for amount of quests. There was good information on the area in the cottage and we found it excellent for taking dogs. Jackie from Blakeney Gloucestshire (03 October 2015)
We were greeted by the owner and the cleaners+ scones with cream and jam.( nice touch).the house was very spacious and comfortable. Was located to visit the north and south coasts with just a short drive. There were three pubs within a couple of miles two of which served good food. There were six of us, all men on a fishing trip. The owner and cleaning ladies that met us were very friendly and helpful. We would deffinately go back again. Alan from Ipswich (26 September 2015)
Nice place, bit overpriced. We wanted a fully enclosed garden because of our two dogs, this had to be provided after we arrived. Very well equipped, beds etc very good and comfortable. Owners helpful at all times. John from Derbyshire (08 August 2015)
Comfortable and secluded for large parties Ian from Farnborough (01 August 2015)
We rented the farmhouse between 10 of us & 3 dogs. The cottage had the perfect amount of space and is in a great location. We had amazing weather, enjoyed local coast lines & attractions as well as relaxing in the cottage. Cream tea and flowers were a lovely touch when we arrived! thank you. We'll be back! x Customer 21 from Hampshire (20 June 2015)

Lovely house. warm and friendly owner. beautiful surroundings. fantastic weather. great holiday. Sheila from Peebles (26 July 2014)
The farmhouse at caddys corner is fabulous. Well equipped and extremely comfortable. Owners really friendly and helpful. You need a car as there are a lot of lanes to get to and from the farmhouse but that's the beauty of it - quiet location however easy access to the main towns and beaches of the area. Great holiday home in a great place!! Karen from Bridgend (03 August 2013)
