Booked for my best friend's hen weekend. Beautiful cottage with everything you could possibly need for your private party or a relaxing family break. Short cab ride to caernarfon for friendly night life. Thank you for having us xxx Amanda from Blackpool (18 June 2017)
Beautiful property with very friendly owner next door. 8 adults and 2 children stayed comfortably, lots to keep the children amused on site. Location within easy reach of plentyof beautiful places for family days out. Martin from Liverpool (03 June 2017)

Fantastic weekend, starting with a great welcome fromthe owner, fire already roaring and given all the essential information that we needed. Kevin from Forest Of Dean (05 March 2017)
Apart from the fact that the beds were tiny (we had children with us) the cottage was perfect! it's spacious and beautiful Wajeeha from Manchester (06 February 2017)
Beautiful cottage with plenty of space. Owners were so kind and helpful. Enjoyable weekend full of great memories Susan from Shrewsbury (15 January 2017)
This cottage is beautifully kept/decorated, I highly recommend this property as the location was really good and the views were wonderful Sacha from Great Missenden (08 January 2017)
Gorgeous cottage, renovated to a very high standard, beautiful views of snowdon. Would highly recommend staying here. Only criticism would be that the only stand alone shower is in the main bedroom, with a full house it takes a while for everyone to get ready. Anna from Prenton, Wirral (04 December 2016)
Great cottage with all the facilities needed for a family holiday, inside and out. Easy access to caernarfon and snowdonia John from Liverpool (25 September 2016)
We had a great time at bodrual cottage, the cottage is spacious with plenty of room for the 10 of us in our family. The garden area is great for the footballers, whilst there is a lovely sitting out area at the rear with a great view over the mountains for the less energetic of us. Andy from Loughborough (20 August 2016)
Had lovely stay in cottage better than expected, very spacious, fantastic, will be visiting again, great views from decking area, Marc from Wolverhampton (25 June 2016)
Very good and owners very helpful.a fantastic family home and will be going next year. Allan from Preston (11 June 2016)
A really great property, well equipped, with plenty of space for all of us. Great views from the deck at the rear of the property and ideally located for our activities in north wales. The house is well maintained and presented, and the owner welcoming. Would stay again. Ian from Stockport (16 May 2016)
Fantastic cottage, perfect location. Exceptionally spacious, beautifully furnished and extremely clean. A real treat to stay here, and wake up each morning and look out at the mountains. We all had a thoroughly enjoyable time and didn't want to leave. The house was a wonderful base to explore wales and a pleasure to relax in after a busy day. Thank you Sarah from Rugby (24 March 2016)
Fabulous 4 nights stay with the family. Di from Bolton (22 February 2016)
Gorgeous property! . was not aware it was attached to the owners, so was worried we might disturb them! . hope we didn't though :) Leah from Ellesmere Port (14 February 2016)
We had a nice week had everything you need. It felt like home x Linda from Southport (08 February 2016)

Don't let the industrial estate put you off as this is a lovely property with some stunning views. Darren from Harrow, Nw London (29 August 2015)
Lovely cottage. Lovely owners. Would recommend and will go back. Beautiful! thank you! James from Stockport (15 August 2015)
Our holiday was spoilt by the lack of a private garden. The teenage son was forever joy riding (not using it for work) around in the garden and around the cottage. His friends and himself also on one night were shouting and hanging out in a shed at the bottom of our garden. The location of the property is through a industrial estate with a rubbish/ recycling operation which was noisy. All in all we were disappointed by this holiday and although the cottage itself was both clean and nice would never re book. Sarah from Bournemouth (18 July 2015)
We had a great time at bodrual cottage, 2 negatives were. Pub was a longer distance than quoted on the description, it stated 2 pubs within a mile of cottage, they were a lot longer distance than that. We took our rather timid dog with us and thought from the description that the garden was exclusive to us but the owners children and friends would come in or through the garden on a regular basis, which meant that we had to keep our dog tied up as she was nervous and would bark at them. Deanna from Ross On Wye (14 June 2015)
Ian excellent property for our 7 person stay. Only issue is only one shower available in an upstairs en suite bedroom leading to a bit of a queue in the mornings. Plenty of room in the downstairs bathroom to add a shower. David from Marlow, Bucks (21 May 2015)
Lovely place, with owners close by making everything at ease. Confirmed Guest (28 March 2015)
We spent a lovely weekend at the cottage , was spacious, clean , very well equipped and friendly owners . let our children play with the pet lambs. Ideal location for snowdonia . no complaints , want to go again soon Jayne from Manchester (23 March 2015)
We all had the most amazing time in this beautiful cottage. The location was perfect as was the cottage. However, the oven was hard to understand, there was no soap provided and the toilet seats were a little worn. Apart from that we could not have asked for anything more. Thank you Confirmed Guest (22 February 2015)
Lovely place and family. Well equipped cottage. Perfect location for snowdonia hikes. Nice real log fire too! Confirmed Purchaser (17 November 2014)
Great cottage in a great location for exploring the area. Would definatley go back Andy from Barnsley (01 November 2014)
A great stay at a fantastic cottage we will definitely stay again. Maria from Wirral (19 October 2014)
On arrival you have to drive through an industrial estate which is quite off putting. once you arrive at the cottage you have stunning views of the welsh mountain range to the rear of the property and surrounding farm land. the property was warm and welcoming like the family that owned it and we had everything we needed. the property is close to all local amenities and transport links. overall an enjoyable stay and we would book this cottage again. many thanks Fiona from Manchester (30 August 2014)
Absolutely lovely cottage and lovely people have stayed there before and will definitely be staying there again x Maxine from Wollaston (09 August 2014)
Lovely barn conversion in beautiful location, very convenient for touring around north wales. Janet from Aberdare (19 July 2014)
Very good , enjoyed Krisnaraja from Farnborough (05 May 2014)
We probably would not go back again because the sleeping arrangements do not lend themselves ideally for our family. Lucky we had booked for only six of us (advertised to sleep nine) as the bunk room proved unusable for us. Bottom bunk was impossible for our 15-year-old as getting into the bottom bunk is like posting yourself through a letter box (very low headroom), and the top bunk puts your face very close to a velux window shining in bright daylight - the white blinds did not reduce light at all. . . the worst problem we experienced was the electric range cooker. This was a challenge to use for cooking family meals as some over-zealous cleaning in the past has eradicated all the heat settings for both ovens and three out of four hob burners. . we had a great time nonetheless, as this is a superb touring location. Andrea from Wirral (19 April 2014)
When we got there we were greeted with a lovely roaring log fire, and everything to make a hot drink. just what you wanted after a long journey. . . another surprise, there was wifi at the cottage. so could of taken computers etc. . . very nice and convenient to get to caernarfon and surrounding areas. Barbara from Newcastle Upon Tyne (12 April 2014)
Dvd player not working. Could do with laminate flooring in downstairs bedrooms. Overall was a beautiful cottage in a gorgeous part of wales. Warm and welcoming. Thank you. Kate from Elgin (29 March 2014)
Lovely cottage, really enjoyed our stay. Great facilities and well equipped kitchen. Cosy and warm and would definitely return. Gwyneth from Worcester (04 January 2014)
A fantastic property, we were made very welcome by the owners.we did have a couple of problems during our stay but these were weather related and out of the owners controll, although they did there very best to keep us updated. A lovely christmas tree and a roaring fire was awaiting our arrival. Paula from Shrewsbury (28 December 2013)
Excellent cottage, we had a lovely family weekend Customer 41 from Cheshire (28 October 2013)

Lovely cottage only 10mins drive to Snowdon. Very hospitable owners, who live next door and are always around to help out/answer any questions. Would definitely recommend. Customer 48 (April 2011)
Beautiful cottage, very spacious, very clean, plenty of utensils i.e pots pans etc. Lovely and warm and also dressed with a lovely christmas tree. Customer 49 (December 2010)
The cottage was of an extremely high standard, and the photos did not do it justice. I was really impressed with the quality of the decor and furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements and the owners were kind enough to leave us tea, coffee and milk. There was also lots of information on local attractions that we could look through. I would highly recommend booking this cottage as it represents excellent value for money and a 5* standard. Customer 50 (September 2010)
Well equipped, very clean and spacious apart from bunk room which did not have a wardrobe. Coat hooks and shoe racks in the hall would be helpful. Customer 51 (August 2010)
Accurately described. 360 degree virtual tour was a fantastic help. Spacious, well finished and furnished, fantastically friendly family but who also knew how to let you enjoy your "privacy". Overall a really excellent base for a relaxing holiday. Customer 52 (August 2010)
Very clean and well kept, very spacious; excellent. Customer 53 (July 2010)
Initially on the drive through the industrial estate I panicked, but once I reached the cottage I was well impressed. Great secluded area, close enough to Caernarfon for ease of access. Beautifully decorated, very friendly accommodating owners. Customer 54 (July 2010)
Just liked everything and the owners were really helpful. Customer 57 (April 2010)
The cottage was immaculate. Had all the facilitie needed i.e. diswasher, washing machine. Customer 58 (February 2010)

Beautifully presented & very clean. A really lovely property that I would recommend. Customer 64 (June 2009)
The property was spacious, very comfortable and in excellent condition. There was plenty of room for eating together and for relaxing in the evenings - important when booking for a larger group. The rooms were all inviting and fully furnished and everything we needed was provided for. Customer 65 (May 2009)
