Like home from home we had a excellent stay Alison from Aylesbury (21 July 2017)
This was booked for work not a holiday so we were unable to enjoy any of the surroundings properly Anne from Luton (14 July 2017)
I have never stayed somewhere so well equipped- we even managed to cook a decent roast dinner! such a lovely place to stay. Comfortable, beautifully furnished.. it just 'feels' lovely. Our daughter particularly loved the bunk bed & we loved the feeling of space. Close to the beach, pier & shops. There's even a zoo in walking distance! we're keen to come back. Alice from Stevenage (17 April 2017)
Great base for norfolk coast and exploration up to norwich. clean, warm and well equipped property. parking a little cramped, but fine for our stay as no other cars there, may be trickier peak season. Keith (27 February 2017)
We were very impressed with all aspects of our holiday in samphire my sister- in- law who has difficulty in walking found it quite easy to get about in the property thank you Ray from London (18 November 2016)
Lovely cottage within a 5 minute walk to the seafront. Had trouble using the entrance codes when we arrived, but once sorted it was fine for the rest of our stay. Car parking would be very tight if more than one car there, but lots of alternate parking close by. Second bedroom needs some accessible plug sockets as they are hidden behind the bed. The light cord in the bathroom needs some cup hooks to pass it down the side of the door frame, but these are minor niggles. It would not stop me renting this property again. San from West Midlands (28 October 2016)
Lovely ground floor flat, very spacious. Good shower in a large bathroom with freestanding bath. Only real downsides were the lack of loo paper when we arrived, most unusual. Also no user guides for both oven and dishwasher or recycling information. The location is superb very close to both beach and town, however parking could be a problem during the summer months due to the layout. In the town is a very good butcher, along with a wet fish shop and bakers. Cromer buns are very nice. Fish & chips from mary jane's were excellent. Had a very nice lunch at buttercups tearooms. Five minutes uphill walk gets you to both the railway station and morrison's. Colin from Bletchley (21 October 2016)
Thank you for a wonderful break. John from Ashby De La Zouch (14 October 2016)
The accommodation could not have been better, spotlessly clean, well furnished and everything that was needed for a comfortable and happy stay. All local shops, supermarkets, reteraunts and beach within walking distance. Buses and trains on the doorstep. This together with cromer being a beautiful resort everything made for a perfect weeks holiday and is highly recommended. David from Rochester (09 September 2016)
A smashing little place in a great location for the beach. Comfortable with everything we needed. The owners were helpful when we rang about trying to work the dvd player (yes, we were idiots!!). I admit I was sorry we were only staying the weekend rather than the week as soon as we arrived and saw the place. Comfortable beds and nice and clean. . 5 minute walk (if that) to be on the sea front, and morrisons round the corner. The parking was fine even with our bigger car. Ruth from Ashby De La Zouch (25 July 2016)
Oven knob broken and appeared to have been broken for some time. Directions incorrect in that they mentioned "pier house, no 43" which is not the right property. Good large screen tv and comfortable furnishing. A good base for exploring cromer. Dave from Pocklington (10 June 2016)
An absolutely lovely place to stay. Fantastic location. Photos don't do it justice, very spacious and comfortable. Would certainly stay again! Shazia from Bromley (03 June 2016)
